Ingredients :-
- 250 grams paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves, chopped for garnishing
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green Chillies. Mix well and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, red Chilli powder, garam masala powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add paneer cubes and mix gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Add finely chopped onions and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Your delicious Paneer Do Pyaza is ready to be served!
