How to make paneer do pyaza ?

Paneer Do Pyaza is a delicious North Indian dish that is easy to prepare. Here is a simple recipe for making Paneer Do Pyaza :-






Ingredients :-

  • 250 grams paneer, cut into cubes
  • 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves, chopped for garnishing

Instructions:





  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

  2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green Chillies. Mix well and sauté for a minute.

  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

  5. Add coriander powder, red Chilli powder, garam masala powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Add paneer cubes and mix gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  7. Add salt to taste and mix well.

  8. Add finely chopped onions and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
